The WorldMed-Clinic platform (the “Platform”), operated by Alvion, is an online service that allows users to search for doctors, book consultations, and process payments.
The Platform is not a healthcare provider.

The Platform does not provide:

  • diagnosis
  • treatment
All medical services are provided exclusively by independent doctors.

3. Independent Doctors

Doctors:
  • act as independent professionals
  • make their own decisions
  • are fully responsible for their services
The Platform does not control medical activities.

4. Relationships

Any doctor–patient relationship exists solely between the user and the doctor.
The Platform is not a party to such relationships.

5. Platform Services

The Platform provides:
  • search functionality
  • informational listings
  • appointment booking
  • technical payment processing
The Platform does not provide medical services.

6. Payments

Payments are made directly to doctors via third-party payment systems.
The Platform is not:
  • a payment agent
  • a financial intermediary
  • a healthcare provider

7. No Guarantees

The Platform does not guarantee:
  • treatment outcomes
  • diagnosis
  • prescriptions
  • doctor availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:
  • medical decisions
  • actions or omissions of doctors
  • treatment outcomes
The Platform is only responsible for its technical services.

9. Use of Service

Users agree to:
  • provide accurate information
  • use the Platform lawfully

The Platform may update these Terms at any time.
Updates take effect upon publication.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Alvion is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws of the user’s country of residence.
Users may have additional rights under local laws that cannot be limited or excluded.

Disputes may be resolved in the courts of the country where Alvion is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.

The Platform is available worldwide.

15. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate access in case of violations.
