📄 PROVIDER AGREEMENT

1. General Provisions

The WorldMed-Clinic platform (the “Platform”) offers this Agreement to service providers, including doctors and healthcare professionals (the “Provider”), who use the Platform to deliver medical services.
By registering, the Provider accepts this Agreement.

2. Provider Status

The Provider is an independent professional and is not an employee, representative, or partner of the Platform.

3. Medical Responsibility

The Provider is fully responsible for:
  • consultations
  • diagnosis
  • treatment
  • prescriptions
  • medical documents

4. Platform Role

The Platform provides only:
  • search
  • listing
  • booking
  • communication
  • payment processing

5. Payments

Patients pay Providers directly via third-party payment systems.
The Platform may charge a commission.

6. No Circumvention

The Provider must not:
  • move patients off-platform
  • accept off-platform payments
  • bypass the Platform

7. Licensing & Compliance

The Provider confirms valid licensing and compliance with applicable laws.

8. Data Protection

The Provider is responsible for:
  • personal data
  • confidentiality
  • compliance with laws (including GDPR)

9. Quality of Services

The Provider must act professionally and refer patients when necessary.

10. No Guarantees

The Platform does not guarantee patient volume, income, or results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for Provider actions.

12. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate access in case of violations.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Platform’s operating entity is registered, unless mandatory laws apply.

14. Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the country where the Platform’s operating entity is registered, unless otherwise required by law.

15. International Use

The Platform is available globally.
The Provider must comply with local laws and not use the Platform where prohibited.
