📄 PROVIDER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
The WorldMed-Clinic platform (the “Platform”) offers this Agreement to service providers, including doctors and healthcare professionals (the “Provider”), who use the Platform to deliver medical services.
By registering, the Provider accepts this Agreement.
2. Anbieterstatus
Der Anbieter ist eine unabhängige Fachkraft und weder Angestellter, Vertreter noch Partner der Plattform.
3. Medizinische Verantwortung
Der Anbieter trägt die volle Verantwortung für:
Konsultationen
Diagnosen
Behandlungen
Rezepte;
medizinische Dokumente
4. Rolle der Plattform
Die Plattform bietet nur:
Suchen
Eintrag
Buchung
Kommunikation
Zahlungsabwicklung;
5. Zahlungen
Patienten zahlen Anbieter direkt über Zahlungssysteme von Drittanbietern.
Die Plattform kann eine Provision erheben.
6. Keine Umgehung
Der Anbieter darf nicht:
Patienten außerhalb der Plattform verlagern
Zahlungen außerhalb der Plattform annehmen

7. Licensing & Compliance
The Provider confirms valid licensing and compliance with applicable laws.
8. Data Protection
The Provider is responsible for:

Vertraulichkeit
Einhaltung von Gesetzen (einschließlich DSGVO)
